MINFIELD STED 智能型超分率<20nm 光调控技术

Abberior MINFIELD 的核心技术是可以在 STED 压制光斑内再度缩小扫描视野 (例如缩小成像的扫描视野仅小至 100 x 100 nm )。超出已缩小的光斑限制范围外的荧光讯号, 会被光漂白, 然而, 所缩小的扫描视野区的荧光分子则会回避被漂白, 而该缩小区的荧光成像具有显著的荧光强度, 也就是实现了解析提高至优于 20 nm 以下, 同时, 也是显著提高荧光成像的锐比效果。
