2022年开始，我司受理光谱核型分析样片实验分析服务，从送片至分析3周左右完成。
ASI SKY光谱核型分析服务SOP
光谱染色体核型分析（SKY)采用24种颜色对所有染色体进行涂染，在一次试验中可以观察到每一条染色体。该技术以光谱成像和傅里叶光谱学原理为基础。解决传统核型无法分辨的微小缺失，易位等。

可做SKY标本：人、大鼠、小鼠
用户收费标准必须为同一case的slides玻片

Human 5张片，XX元；10张片，XX元。
Mouse 5张片，XX元；10张片，XX元。
Rat 5张片，XX元；10张片XXX元。

主要步骤：

制片，要求：

Slides should be freshly dropped just before sending them from fixatives that were kept in -20° (no more than 6 months). 最好为新鲜样本
After dropping the slides should be kept at room temperature and immediately send to us without any cooling (all the way), only at room temperature. 全程室温，全程避免冰冻。
The slides should be checked under phase contrast microscope before sending them to make sure there is an adequate number of well spread metaphases without any visible cytoplasm surrounding the cells. 片子内细胞需事先确认核型分散良好，且不能做吉姆萨染色！！
The slide number and any other detail should be written on the slide frosted area only with a pencil and not with any type of markers 片子上需要标记好信息
Please send a description of the samples with all the previous results that were obtained regarding these samples 随附一份期望的要求文件
